Yes — this is one of our core commitments. Every car sold by Apex Capital receives a new technical inspection (roadworthiness test) in Latvia before sale. You receive an up-to-date certificate and can drive with confidence.

Absolutely. Our showroom is located at Mūkusalas iela 72F, Rīga. You can visit during opening hours without an appointment, or contact us to schedule a convenient time. Test drives are always welcome.

We use CarVertical, DEKRA or similar services that provide full history reports — accidents, mileage records and previous ownership. We can show you the report during your visit.

We accept cash and bank transfers. We also work with leasing companies and can help you apply for financing. Contact us for more details on financing options.

We sell used vehicles where the manufacturer's warranty has typically expired. Each car is thoroughly inspected and has a current technical certificate. We can help arrange extended warranty insurance through our partners.

The 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts generally does not apply to purchases made in person. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if the car does not conform to the contract. We recommend a test drive and, if needed, an independent inspection before purchase.

Apex Capital currently focuses primarily on selling cars. If you wish to sell your vehicle, contact us — we will assess the situation and, depending on the car's condition, may be able to offer a solution.

During business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:00) we respond as quickly as possible. Messages received outside business hours are answered the next business day.
